For Cruise Visitors:
Meeting Point & Payment Guidelines
You will disembark at either the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth (RCB) or the Woodbridge Bay Port (WBB).
Here’s how to find us:
Roseau Cruise Ship Berth (RCB): After exiting the pier, turn left and walk approximately 50 meters to a large white building labeled Fresh Market. We’ll be nearby, wearing Kool Dominica Tours branded shirts or holding a sign with our logo.
Woodbridge Bay Port (WBB): This is a commercial port, so expect to see many shipping containers. Walk past the containers, through the souvenir vendors area, and exit the port gates. We’ll be waiting just outside, easily identifiable in Kool Dominica Tours shirts and signage.
For Stayover Visitors: We pick you up wherever you are staying! Prices are based on pickup from Roseau, therefore if the pickup location is different, additional fees may be incurred.
Payment Information
We accept payments via credit card or cash.
• Credit Card:
A few weeks before your tour, we’ll send you a secure virtual payment link. Simply click the link and pay using any major credit card.
- Cash: You can also choose to pay in cash on the day of your tour. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to contact us!
Additional Costs
Some tour sites may require entry fees:
• Government-Managed Sites: These may require a Dominica Site Pass, which must be purchased separately.
• Privately-Owned Sites: These charge individual entry fees, payable directly to the site owners on arrival.
Note:
At the Indian River, the standard access fee for the guided boat ride is $25 USD per person.
